You will guide software initiatives through every phase of the SDLC while leading process re-engineering efforts. Core Accountabilities: Backlog Ownership: Define user stories and prioritize requirements to support invoice system roadmap goals. SDLC Alignment & Gatekeeping: Partner with QA and Engineering teams throughout the SDLC to safeguard scope, time, and quality standards. User Adoption & Change: Lead testing validation (UAT), address operational roadblocks, and embed process transformation across business units. Qualifications : Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Science or equivalent discipline. 5+ years of Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience. Expertise in process mapping, risk mitigation, and collaborative problem-solving.
