Job Description –Key Account Manager – Payroll operations Location: Malad (West), Mumbai Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA Experience: 6–8 Years Looking for : Third party payroll / Outsourcing payroll / Staffing payroll experience. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sr. Payroll (Key Account Manager) to manage key client accounts, ensure accurate payroll and onboarding delivery, and build long-term client relationships while coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities · Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client accounts. · Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll, onboarding, and service-related queries. · Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR, payroll, and compliance solutions. · Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and seamless employee onboarding. · Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and recruitment teams for service delivery. · Resolve client issues proactively and maintain high service standards. · Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. · Monitor account performance and share regular reports and insights. · Stay updated with labour laws, payroll regulations, and industry trends. · Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and billing reconciliation. Skills & Requirements · 6–8 years of experience in payroll operations and/or key account management. · Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee onboarding. · Excellent communication, stakeholder, and relationship management skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. · Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/Payroll systems.
