We take pride in our team, our community, and our guest experience. We are looking for a hands-on leader to join our team and help drive daily store operations. POSITION OVERVIEW Depending on your background and operational capacity, this role will be structured as either an Assistant Manager or an Operations Manager (with expanded responsibility and administrative oversight). You will work closely with store leadership to manage daily shifts, oversee administrative functions, and maintain high hospitality standards. Above all, you will help cultivate a positive, supportive work environment where employees thrive. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Floor & Shift Leadership: Direct daily dining room and service operations to maintain speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction. Team Training: Onboard and mentor Front of House (FOH) staff, driving service standards and a high-energy team environment. Scheduling: Build optimized weekly schedules aligned with sales volume and labor goals. Back-Office Admin: Handle weekly payroll processing, Accounts Payable (A/P), vendor invoice tracking, and office tasks. Culture & Hospitality: Foster strong team morale, handle guest feedback, and keep operations running smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced dining environment. Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, payroll, and vendor billing processes. Strong communication skills with a hands-on, leading-by-example leadership style. Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including peak service hours, evenings, and weekends.
