In this role, you will lead incident resolution, manage vendor and regional operations, optimize operational costs, and deliver key performance reports to ensure maximum ATM uptime and strict adherence to SLAs. Key Responsibilities ATM Infrastructure & Service Maintenance: Oversee operations, maintenance, and issue resolution for CCTV, UPS, PLC, and AC services across diverse bank ATM networks. Uptime & Downtime Management: Supervise the resolution team to minimize downtime, ensure maximum ATM availability, and track overall SLA performance. Vendor & Regional Coordination: Conduct regular discussions with external vendors to address challenges and drive technical resolutions. Collaborate with regional teams to verify vendor updates and ensure timely issue resolution. Team Supervision & Preventative Maintenance (PM): Lead and supervise the UPS and standalone CCTV teams. Monitor and track scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure health checks are conducted accurately. Cost Optimization & Asset Utilization: Track cost-saving initiatives for various client banks. Oversee the redistribution and utilization of functional assets from closed sites and warehouses to reduce operational expenses. Procurement & Quotation Management: Handle the uploading, verification, and end-to-end management of vendor quotes for new battery purchases and asset replacements. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare management reports analyzing uptime, downtime trends, SLA performance, and actionable operational insights. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2–5 years of experience in ATM operations, site infrastructure management, or technical operations coordination. Education: Bachelor’s degree Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of ATM site components (UPS systems, CCTV networks, AC units, PLCs, and battery setups). Skills: Strong team leadership and supervisory abilities. Vendor management and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel / reporting tools for data tracking and presentation. Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
