Assistant Manager , Human Resource
Join a dynamic HR healthcare team and play a key role in managing employee relations and supporting a positive workplace environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide HR advisory support, manage staff-related cases, and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices. 1 Year Contract Key Responsibilities Manage and handle staff grievances, employee concerns, and workplace-related issues, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. Manage disciplinary cases and provide HR guidance on disciplinary processes in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. Support and manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and underperformance cases. Provide HR advisory and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, workplace concerns, and staff-related cases. Liaise with unions on employee relations, grievance, disciplinary, and other staff-related matters where required. Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and practices across employee relations and disciplinary cases. Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support workforce planning, employee relations, and management decision-making. Participate in HR process improvements, policy reviews, and ad hoc HR projects. Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant HR experience will be advantageous. Experience in grievance handling, disciplinary management, performance management, and employee relations is advantageous Good understanding of HR policies, employment practices, and the employee lifecycle. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HR systems is an advantage.
