Assistant Manager – HR (Recruitment) Location: Marol, Mumbai Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month Experience: 4–7 years Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. Manage bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously. Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining. Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports. Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for hiring requirements. Requirements Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent. 4–7 years of hands-on recruitment experience. Experience in staffing/recruitment consultancy or BFSI hiring preferred. Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. Strong knowledge of Naukri/LinkedIn and recruitment processes. Immediate joiners preferred. Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
