Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle. * Handle HR operations, attendance, leave, HR MIS and employee records. * Coordinate monthly payroll, reimbursements and statutory compliances. * Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations. * Support performance management, appraisals and training & development. * Drive employee engagement, recognition and retention initiatives. * Assist with HR policies, labour-law compliance and audits. * Support manpower planning and workforce requirements. * Coordinate with recruitment agencies, HR vendors and external consultants. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
