Job Title : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Females Only) Department : Human Resources & Administration Location : Lower Parel (East) Reports To : Head HR Employment Type : Full-time *Key Responsibilities* 1. Recruitment & Hiring Process - Manage recruitment: For Head Office & Factory , job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding 2. HR Operations - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems - Handle induction, orientation, and documentation for new joiners - Manage exit formalities, full & final settlement, and employee feedback - Address employee grievances and ensure positive workplace environment 3. Administration - Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility upkeep - Manage AMC contracts, office supplies, housekeeping. - Coordinate Visa, travel & hotel booking, events, and internal communications 4. Employee Engagement Activities - Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities to promote employee morale, motivation, and team bonding. - Develop and implement an annual employee engagement calendar covering celebrations, events, team-building activities, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives. - Organize festivals, cultural events, employee outings, team-building activities, birthday/anniversary celebrations, and special occasions. - Drive employee recognition and rewards initiatives to appreciate employee contributions and achievements. - Conduct regular employee connect activities, feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and engagement surveys to understand employee sentiment. - Analyse employee feedback and recommend actionable initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement. - Support initiatives related to employee well-being, work-life balance, workplace culture, and team collaboration. - Coordinate with department heads and management to ensure effective participation and communication of engagement initiatives. - Manage the budget, vendors, logistics, communication, and documentation for employee engagement activities. - Maintain records and prepare monthly/quarterly reports and MIS on employee engagement activities, participation, feedback, and outcomes. - Identify innovative and cost-effective engagement initiatives aligned with the organisation's culture, values, and business objectives. - Support initiatives that strengthen employee retention, belongingness, motivation, and organisational culture. Requirements - Experience 5-8 years in HR & Admin - Education : MBA/PGDM or equivalent in HR - Skills : Strong sourcing & interviewing skills, knowledge of labor laws, MS Office, HRMS tools - Attributes : Excellent communication, negotiation, multitasking, and people management skills. **Note: Only Immediate joining Candidates will be preferred.** Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
