Assistant Manager - Finance
Assist in managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities. Support budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance. Prepare, review, and analyze financial information and reports to support business decision-making. Conduct financial analysis and provide relevant insights to improve financial performance. Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules. Maintain accurate and timely financial records and documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. Support tax compliance, statutory filings, and other finance-related compliance activities. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required information and supporting documents. Work closely with internal stakeholders and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes. Complete assigned finance activities within defined timelines without compromising accuracy or quality. COMPETENCIES / SKILLS Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare clear and meaningful reports. Proficiency in accounting and financial software. Good understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, tax filings, and audit processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial information. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) – Rank Holder/1st Attempt only(mandatory) 0–2 year of experience in Finance & Accounting. Relevant exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, compliance, and audit coordination will be an advantage.
