# Assistant Manager – Factory Operations **Eazima Solutions Private Limited** · Bhiwandi, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Factory Operations to support and manage day-to-day factory operations for our manufacturing unit producing bedsheets and other home-textile products for e-commerce and export markets . The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, comfortable working on the factory floor, and capable of coordinating between production, inventory, vendors, dispatch and management. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with production, cutting, stitching, packing and dispatch teams. Plan and monitor factory dispatches , ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Manage inventory of fabric, finished goods, packaging materials and other factory materials . Coordinate with vendors for material requirements, follow-ups, deliveries and quality-related issues. Maintain proper operational records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports . Track production, inventory, dispatch and operational performance. Identify operational delays/issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution. Coordinate with management and different departments for daily operational requirements. Handle factory-related administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Travel to vendors, warehouses, logistics locations or other business locations whenever required. Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy across factory operations. Support implementation and improvement of SOPs, QC processes and operational systems . Use MS Excel and MS Office for reporting, tracking and analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field preferred. Candidates with a relevant Management/Operations course or certification will be preferred. 2–3 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing operations, supply chain or a related field. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office . Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability. Comfortable working in a manufacturing/factory environment . Willingness to travel for vendor visits, dispatches and other operational requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently. Flexible attitude toward working hours and overtime when operationally required. E-commerce experience/understanding will be an added advantage , particularly Amazon, Walmart or other online marketplaces. Preferred Candidate Profile Hands-on and practical approach to operations. Strong ownership and accountability. Good at follow-ups and getting tasks completed on time. Comfortable coordinating with workers, supervisors, vendors, transporters and management. Good numerical and analytical skills. Able to work under deadlines and handle changing operational priorities. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Application Question(s): What is your current CTC ? This role sometimes requires extra hours.
