This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can balance commercial growth with operational excellence while building a high-performing team. 【Job Description】 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Lead, manage, and mentor sales and operations teams to ensure high performance Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Oversee daily logistics operations including air, sea, and land transportation Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations for service delivery Monitor and improve operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to drive improvements Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports Handle escalations and resolve complex customer or operational issues Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business expansion The other tasks assigned by the Vietnamese Manager Chức vụ: Trưởng Nhóm/Trưởng Phòng Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian Quyền lợi được hưởng: Working Location : Dist 1 Address : Tran Nhat Duat, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1, HCMC Holiday : Every other Saturday Sunday National Holiday ※They have alternative Saturday work. 2 times/month.
