The role will involve working at the intersection of product, technology and operations , collaborating with across – internal teams, group companies and external banking partners to deliver reliable and scalable payment capabilities & custom solutions. Key Responsibilities - Shape and execute comprehensive Banking Product strategies - Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying need-gap, problem statements, gathering requirements; eventually leading towards implementation and scaling - Define product requirements, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria - Translate business and banking requirements into clear product and technical requirements - Support product roadmap planning, prioritisation and execution - Manage cross-functional projects, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders - Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships within the banking ecosystem - Develop innovative product solutions across diverse use cases - Monitor key metrics to measure product adoption and efficacy - Analyse product and transaction data to identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities - Drive revenue growth through strategic product initiatives - Own integrations with banks, PSPs, processors and ecosystem partners - Lead integration discovery, requirements gathering, API and data mapping and delivery planning - Coordinate testing, UAT, certification, launch readiness, go-live and post-launch stabilization - Coordinate incident resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and partner service reviews - Build reusable integration standards, documentation, checklists and launch processes - Stay updated on developments in the Indian payments and fintech ecosystem - Strengthen PayU's relationships and preferential positioning with banking partners
