Job description: Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,500 per month Posted: 9 July 2026 Assistant Restaurant Manager – Immediate Hiring Meridian Trade Links is hiring an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager on behalf of a prestigious French & Italian fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for an Arabic-speaking candidate with a proven background in pre-opening restaurant projects and experience in French, Italian, or international fine dining restaurants . Experience in both restaurant groups and standalone restaurant operations is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards. Supervise, motivate, and develop the restaurant team. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards. Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control. Assist in controlling operational costs and achieving business targets. Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, health, and labour regulations. Contribute to the successful opening and operation of new restaurant projects. Requirements Arabic speaker (Arabic nationality preferred by the employer). Minimum 5 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience . Previous pre-opening restaurant experience is mandatory . Experience in French, Italian, or international fine dining restaurants . Experience with restaurant groups or standalone restaurant concepts . Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, and cost control. Must be available to join immediately .
