Responsibilities - Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service - Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences - Manage merchandising efforts by maintaining attractive displays and ensuring product availability - Assist in training staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service protocols - Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Organize schedules, monitor time management of staff, and ensure proper coverage during shifts - Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, sales reporting, and maintaining organizational records - Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration, leadership development, and effective communication - Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures Experience - Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or sales environments - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire high performance - Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases - Demonstrated success in sales management, merchandising, and customer service excellence - Experience in retail management roles that involve supervising staff, organizing schedules, and overseeing store operations - Strong organizational skills combined with effective time management to handle multiple priorities efficiently - Previous administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and inventory control is preferred - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards in a fast-paced setting Join us as an Assistant Manager where your energy fuels our success!
