The role involves maintaining hotel facilities, equipment and systems, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance, and supporting the engineering team to ensure guest comfort, safety and smooth hotel operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Chief Engineer in managing daily maintenance operations. Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, equipment and M&E systems. Carry out and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. Have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in air-conditioning and HVAC systems. Ensure maintenance work is carried out safely and according to hotel standards. Lead and support the engineering team in daily maintenance activities. Respond promptly to maintenance issues and resolve problems effectively. Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required. Maintain proper records of maintenance work and equipment. REQUIREMENTS Experience in hotel operations, preferably in a hotel engineering or maintenance environment. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in air-conditioning and HVAC systems. Good knowledge of general building maintenance, M&E systems and preventive maintenance. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required. Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits: Meal provided Work Location: In person
