Supports sales growth in major retail chains by managing key supermarket accounts and chain stores, driving distribution and new product listings, and delivering sales and profit targets for the Milk category. Key responsibilities - Monitor the sales portfolio in assigned channels - Plan & execute sales strategy from supervisor under assigned sales target and budget - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent service levels and prompt resolution of operational, commercial, and payment-related issues - Plan and execute promotional and sales activation activities to drive sales growth and market penetration - Negotiate trading terms and manage trade spend effectively to maximize profitability and business performance About you - 2-4 years working experience on sales/Key Account in FMCG - Strong business sense, analytical and business analysis skills - Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills - Higher Diploma or above in any discipline - Proficiency in English and Cantonese 薪酬： 每月 $25,000.00 福利： 有薪年假 晉升機會 醫療保險 Work Location: 親身到場
