As a Assistant IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the company, ensuring the projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and communicate with stakeholders to align their requirements and expectations. Responsibilities - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Utilize Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and ensure continuous improvement. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing regular project updates. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories. - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to achieve project goals. - Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as needed. - Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones. Qualifications - Hold a university degree or higher, preferably in IT / Computer Science or a related discipline - 6 years or above experience as a Assistant Project Manager in the IT industry, PMP certification is a plus - Vendor House experience is an advantage - Excellent understanding of IT solutions and services - Experience with project management in software tools & methodologies - Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful - Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Employment and remuneration - 5-day working week - Double pay - Attractive Performance bonus - Group medical with Dental & Vaccination - 14 days AL, Marriage leave, Compassionate Leave, Full paid SL - Free snacks & beverages Work Location: In person
