Appointment at Assistant Manager or Manager level will reflect the successful candidate’s experience and capabilities. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 150 employees, including salary payments, MPF contributions, tax reporting, attendance and leave records. Administer recruitment, onboarding, transfers, compensation and benefits, employee relations, offboarding, and induction. Maintain accurate employee data and prepare regular HR and payroll reports for management. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment terms, and applicable Hong Kong employment requirements. Improve HR processes and controls; support HR projects and employee-engagement initiatives. Supervise and develop HR team member(s), where applicable. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of generalist HR experience, including 3 years of payroll experience; supervisory experience in sectors related to Hong Kong International Airport is preferred Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, taxation, and local HR practices. Experience with eMPF and HKIHRM membership are advantages. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with accuracy and discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; immediate availability is an advantage.
