Assistant HR Manager Generalist (West) [SL]
Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to management and employees. Coordinate recruitment, manpower planning, selection and onboarding activities. Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment matters. Administer performance management, training and employee development programmes. Support compensation, benefits, leave and attendance administration. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Prepare HR reports and analysis to support management decision-making. Review and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business and regulatory requirements. Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Singapore employment laws and guidelines. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and overall employee experience. Work closely with department managers on manpower, performance and other HR-related matters. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Relevant experience in HR operations and general HR management.
