Assistant HR Manager
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Assistant HR Manager who can support the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations and ensure that company policies are properly implemented across the office and project sites. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in managing daily HR and Administrative operations. * Handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, NTEs, warnings, hearings, and other employee relations matters. * Ensure proper implementation of company policies, rules, and procedures. * Monitor attendance, tardiness, absences, overtime, and employee movements. * Assist in recruitment, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. * Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, HR reports, and other HR documents. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, PICs, and department heads regarding employee concerns. * Monitor compliance with company and government labor requirements. * Assist in performance evaluation, regularization, and employee development. * Handle HR concerns at project sites and conduct regular site visits when needed. * Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR programs and company initiatives. * Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a construction or project-based company. * With strong experience in Employee Relations and Labor Relations. * Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements. * Experienced in handling disciplinary cases and employee investigations. * Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Firm, organized, and able to handle difficult employee situations professionally. * Willing to travel to and monitor project sites. * Can work independently and can effectively manage multiple HR concerns at the same time. * Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
