Assistant HR Manager: Job Description The Assistant HR Manager assists in the overall Human Resources operations, with primary focus on Employee Relations, disciplinary matters, and HR paralegal work . The position ensures that employee concerns and workplace issues are properly documented, investigated, and handled in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws. Key Responsibilities : 1. Employee Relations · Handle and address employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues. · Assist in resolving employee disputes and maintaining harmonious employee-management relations. · Conduct employee counseling and assist in disciplinary actions when necessary. · Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE), memoranda, warnings, and other HR-related notices. · Monitor compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures. 2. HR Paralegal Work · Assist in preparing HR-related legal documents, affidavits, notices, and other correspondence. · Assist in handling labor-related cases and documentation. · Research and review applicable labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies. · Maintain and organize records of employee cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions. · Coordinate with management, legal counsel, and government agencies when necessary. 3. HR Administration · Assist the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. · Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. · Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation. · Support recruitment, onboarding, employee evaluation, and other HR activities as needed. 4. Compliance · Ensure that HR processes and employee disciplinary actions are properly documented and aligned with company policies and applicable labor laws. · Assist in preparing documents required for DOLE, NLRC, SSS, and other government-related matters. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field. · With experience in Employee Relations and labor-related HR matters . · Knowledgeable in preparing NTEs, disciplinary memoranda, affidavits, and other legal/HR documents . · Basic to good knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations . · Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. · Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism. · Paralegal experience or knowledge is an advantage. - Work location JP Rizal Makati City Pay: Php27,292.30 - Php45,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: managerial : 3 years (Required) Location: Makati (Required) Work Location: In person
