Assistant Group HR Manager
Job Description: Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations Develop HR planning strategies with management to improve HR policies procedures and programs Manage and recommends employee relationship practices to establish a positive working environment Develops manpower plans based on staffing needs, corporate goals & forecast staff movement, and maximize resources Attend regular management meetings and actively participate as a member of the leadership team as required in order to ensure the provision of HR perspective and expertise Conduct promotion, annual increment and performance appraisal exercise Regional experience with some exposure in Malaysia & Indonesia Provide office administration and office & IT support at Singapore head office Perform any other duties, tasks & projects which deem fit and reasonable as and when assigned by Management Willing and able to travel to regional countries as and when required (after border opens) Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Good knowledge of labour regulation & practices across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia Resourceful, independent and possesses strong initiative and drive Good planning and prioritization skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment Ability to negotiate and solve problems to manage tough situations Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Leadership abilities Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred Proficient in Chinese and English - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates HLN Rubber Products was founded in 1979 with more than 35 years of continued success in elastomeric operations.
