This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and client management skills within the security industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee daily security operations across all sites Ensure deployment efficiency and compliance with SOPs Monitor service quality and implement improvements Handle incident management and escalation procedures Supervise operations managers, supervisors, and security personnel Ensure sufficient manpower planning and deployment Promote discipline, professionalism, and staff retention 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Address client concerns, complaints, and service feedback Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews Support contract renewals and client retention strategies 3. Business Development Support Assist in identifying new business opportunities Participate in tender preparation and proposal development Support pricing strategies and cost control measures 4. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing, and security regulations Maintain proper documentation, reports, and audit readiness Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies 5.
