# Assistant Finance Manager - FP&A **Steve Leung Designers Ltd** · Hong Kong · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Recruit Ref: L0607874578 Posting Date: 2026-09-17 Steve Leung Designers Ltd Assistant Finance Manager - FP&A Job Duties Prepare monthly financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reports with deep variance explanations and actionable business insights Build, enhance and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to improve data quality and reporting efficiency, and support automation of reporting processes and data consolidation Perform closing follow-up, analyse budget vs actual performance, and identify key drivers behind variances to support management decision-making Co-ordinate various budget functions to ensure control procedures are established Participate in system and workflow enhance projects, including automation of reporting processes and data consolidation Evaluate key process risks and implement proper internal control procedures to enhance operation efficiency Participate in process review and ad-hoc projects, providing financial modelling, scenario analysis, and commercial insights to support business decisions Job Requirements Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information System尸 or related disciplines Professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management reporting or financial analysis Proficient Excel skills (Power Query, advanced formulas), experience with Power BI and dashboard tools is an advantage Knowledge of accounting system, Yonyou, and automation tools is a plus Experience in servicing and/or architecture industries is an advantage Methodical with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with ability to handle the assigned tasks independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese For Accountant Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information System or related disciplines Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, managem We work on a 5-day week and offer attractive salaries, with year-end bonus and other fringe benefits including group medical insurance and MPF contribution.
