Responsibilities: Provide Building Information Modeling (BIM) submission review and response to the contractors' submissions Ensure the contractor's submissions comply with the Authority's BIM standard specifications and contract requirements Upkeep the airport BIM models to facilitate the continued growth of the needs in Airport Asset Management Provide ongoing support for BIM project coordination during the handover phase Provide ongoing support for BIM data integration with the Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS) Requirements: Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience, of which minimum of 1-year related BIM and CADD application in project management is required Design or site experience with BIM application is an advantage Self-motivated and detail-oriented with good analytical and negotiation skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and BIM platforms Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1,2) is preferred Job Posting : 2026-09-06 Closing Date : 2026-09-20
