Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Project/Site Locations Salary: Negotiable based on experience and interview performance Job Summary Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Civil Engineer with 6+ years of relevant experience to support construction site execution, supervision, quality control, project coordination and site management. Responsibilities Supervise daily civil construction activities at the assigned project site. Monitor work progress and ensure timely execution as per project schedules. Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with Project Managers, Senior Engineers, contractors and subcontractors. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and other site resources. Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper execution of civil works. Review drawings and assist in resolving technical and site-related issues. Verify site measurements, quantities and completed works. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Maintain proper site records and documentation. Identify and report delays, deviations and execution issues. Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Assist in planning, execution and overall coordination of assigned project activities. Support site team management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering . Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution. Strong knowledge of construction processes and site supervision. Ability to read and interpret civil drawings. Knowledge of measurements, quantities and construction documentation. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and relevant construction software . Strong communication and coordination skills. Good leadership and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work at project/site locations as required. Salary Salary will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
