About the Role You will support the Cafe Manager to run daily service at our busy South Yarra cafe. Lead from the floor, coach the team, meet service standards and help grow sales through great customer experiences. Your life will never be dull as our customers love us and we love them! About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, loves leading a team to excellence and thrives in a busy environment. Oh and you must genuinely love hospo, like we do! Responsibilities Lead the team through busy service periods Drive upselling and sales Coach baristas and cafe team members on service standards Manage service flow and resolve customer issues Support stock ordering, waste and roster planning Open and close the cafe Skills and Experience Hospo experience is a must!
