Manage site quality control, conduct witness testing, commissioning, and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards. Liaise with subcontractors, clients, architects, and consultants on all building services and E&M matters. Provide technical guidance and feedback to contractors and design teams on project progress. Monitor and report on site installation, materials delivery, quality, safety, and project timelines. Plan and oversee maintenance programs, renovation works, and upgrades in collaboration with vendors and consultants. Prepare budgets, manage procurement, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain all necessary documentation. Requirements: Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Holder of a Certificate of Registration as an Electrical Worker. Corporate membership of the HKIE (Building Services or relevant Division) is required. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in supervising construction of BS installations in new developments, including at least 3 years in a managerial role with main contractors. Experience in ASD / EMSD / HA / HKHA / NEC projects is a definite bonus. NEC Certification or equivalent is preferred. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Services Manager.
