Assistant Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the shared service center on receivables reconciliations and follow up. Prepare routine sales reports for management. Prepare debit notes and follow up on outstanding receivables. Process and review T&E expenses and perform analysis on fluctuations. Assist in cash flow reporting and internal control compliance. Assist in month end closing, balance sheet scheduling and reporting. Assist the FP&A team in reporting, quarterly forecasting and budgeting. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline. 3 years or above hands on accounting experience Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple tasks and attentive to details. Strong communication skills and willing to accept new challenges Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with practical experience in using Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity, streamline workflows and analytical task is an advantage. Experience in the food & beverage or retail industry is an advantage. Experience in Microsoft Navision or Business Central is an advantage.
