About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established premium retail brand that is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join its Hong Kong finance team. Key Responsibilities Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing and vendor payments Prepare and process payments, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement Assist with General Ledger (GL) maintenance, reconciliations, and journal entries Support the month-end closing process, including account reconciliations and reporting Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on finance-related matters Assist with audits, financial reporting, and ad hoc accounting projects as required Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 1-3 years of accounting experience Knowledge of AP, payment processing, GL, and month-end activities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills in Cantonese and English Why Join?
