Assistance Shop Manager (FEMALE ) – PC Hardware & Gaming Retail
Role Responsibilities: * Oversee day to day retail store operations, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, hygiene, and overall store presentation. * Set, track, and drive daily and weekly sales targets for the store and individual staff members to ensure business goals are met. * Manage end-to-end product procurement, including generating data-driven purchase orders, balancing stock levels, and forecasting demand for PC components and peripherals. * Source and negotiate with local and international hardware vendors to secure favorable pricing, stock allocations, and delivery terms. * Control store inventory through daily cycle counts, quarterly audits, and annual stocktakes to prevent shrinkage and resolve discrepancies. * Oversee inbound freight logistics, customs documentation, and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely product availability on the shop floor. * Manage customer warranty claims, track Dead on Arrival (DOA) items, and enforce supplier Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for returns and replacements. * Lead, schedule, and motivate the retail team, conducting daily operational huddles and ensuring optimal staff coverage. * Provide ongoing staff training on PC product knowledge, sales techniques, (SOPs), and customer service excellence. * Ensure a premium customer experience by actively engaging with clients, handling high-level escalations, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores. * Execute all (RTV) procedures for slow-moving, obsolete, or defective stock, ensuring optimal inventory health and shelf capacity. * Enforce store policies, health and safety regulations, and strict cash handling procedures at the registers. Requirements: * Marital status: Single * 2+ years of retail management and procurement experience, preferably within the PC hardware, consumer electronics, or IT sector. * Deep understanding of PC components, custom builds, gaming hardware, and current tech market trends. * Proven ability to manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee supply chain logistics (familiarity with Qatar customs and freight processes is highly preferred). * Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating sales teams and enforcing operational discipline. * Proficiency in modern POS, inventory management, and retail operations software. * Fluent in English & Arabic Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
