We are looking for two enthusiastic, reliable assistant managers to join our coaching team and help support our players, develop skills and keep things running smoothly on training nights and match days. What You'll Do - Assist the manager deliver Monday evening training sessions - help set up, lead small groups, keep players engaged and safe. - Support on Sunday match days - help with warm-ups, substitutions, sideline support and post-match wrap-up. - Encourage players, keep spirits high and help maintain a positive, respectable environment. - Help with basic organisation - attendance, kit and pitch setup/pack-down. - Be willing to step-up and cover when the head coach/manager is away. What We Are Looking For. - Loves football and enjoys working with players of all abilities. - Reliable, punctual and committed to Mondays and Sundays. - Good communication skills - friendly and approachable. - Team player - happy to step in and help where needed. Experience And Qualifications - Must hold a valid enhanced DBS - First aid and safeguarding - FA level 1 minimum. - Experience delivering coaching sessions to children/adults. - Driving lisence and access to own vehicle preferred but not essential.
