Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-driven trading professional to build and lead the daily trading and risk monitoring function at our Dubai office, covering clients across the UAE, GCC, and wider Middle East.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth trading operations, effective risk control, and full regulatory compliance as our Middle East business continues to grow.

You will act as the first-line leader of a small team of Dealers , setting up processes, coaching the team, and working closely with Risk, Technology, Compliance, and client-facing teams.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

• Build and set up the daily trading and risk monitoring function, including procedures, controls, and escalation rules
• Lead, coach, and schedule a small team of Dealers across shifts to ensure full market-hours coverage
• Monitor client trading activity, exposures, and market conditions in real time, including swap-free (Islamic) accounts; escalate unusual activity and risks promptly
• Oversee pricing, execution quality, and system parameters to ensure fair and consistent execution for clients
• Work with the Technology team to maintain and improve trading and monitoring systems
• Ensure daily operations follow internal controls and UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA) requirements, including regulatory reporting
• Prepare daily, regular, and ad-hoc reports on trading performance, exposures, and incidents for senior management
• Act as the go-to contact for trading-related questions from client-facing teams

What We Require From You:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in dealing, trading, or risk monitoring at a CFD/forex broker or other financial institution, ideally in the UAE or GCC; experience guiding or supervising junior team members is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of capital markets and CFD/forex products; understanding of UAE regulatory requirements is preferred.

· Proficient in MS Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau); SQL or Python is an advantage.

· Clear communicator who can lead a team and work well with multiple stakeholders.

· Calm under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and a builder’s mindset.

· Excellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

· Flexibility to cover shifts and public holidays when needed.
