Comfortable making decisions: You can review information objectively, apply criteria consistently and use good judgement when something requires further investigation. Always looking for better: You’re comfortable with change and enjoy finding simpler, more effective ways of doing things. A team player: You enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas, but you’re equally comfortable taking ownership of your own workload and seeing things through.
