# Artwork Coordinator **Douglas Pharmaceuticals** · Auckland City, Auckland · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Why this role matters Every pack of medicine carries information a patient relies on. Dosage, warnings, ingredients – if it's on the carton or label, it has to be exactly right. As our Artwork Coordinator, you'll make sure it is. This opportunity has opened up because a member of our Artwork team has been promoted – exactly the kind of growth we love to see. Now we're looking for the next person to step in and make the role their own. You'll join our small, close-knit Artwork team within Supply Chain, coordinating new and changed printed packaging artwork from first request through to final approval, for Douglas packing sites and our printed packaging suppliers. You'll be the connection point between Regulatory Affairs, Production, Planning, Finance, customers and suppliers, keeping a lot of moving parts aligned so production stays on schedule. Please note, this is not a graphic design role. It's for someone who loves organisation, gets real satisfaction from getting the details right, and enjoys bringing people together to get things over the line. Once you're fully trained, you'll work automatously, and you'll have every opportunity to spot smarter ways of working and help shape how the team operates. What you'll do - Coordinate the end-to-end artwork generation and approval process – collating costs, gaining customer approval, working with suppliers and customers. - Raise and action change controls for packaging artwork changes, ensuring every change is documented, reviewed and approved before implementation. - Write and maintain packaging specifications. - Communicate printed packaging changes clearly and in good time, so planned production runs without disruption. - Work within SAP to create and maintain SAP master data for printed packaging, including material masters, purchase orders and BOM updates, and manage the discontinuation and destruction of obsolete packaging. - Support the sourcing of new printed packaging materials and contribute to team improvement projects. - Keep SOPs, tracking spreadsheets and electronic artwork files accurate and current. - Bring forward ideas that improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance with regulatory and brand standards. - Work in line with cGMP and support internal and external audits. What you'll bring - A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality. - Strong organisation and time management – you can juggle competing priorities and still meet deadlines. - Clear, confident written and verbal communication with people at all levels. - Competence across Microsoft Office. - A collaborative, solutions-focused approach. - Growth-minded and results-driven - NCEA Level 2 or above. Advantageous, but not essential - 1-2 years' experience in a pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing environment, ideally in Quality, Regulatory or Production. - Experience with an ERP system such as SAP. - Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, graphic design or the print industry. Don't tick every box? If this role sounds like you, we'd still love to hear from you. Why join us? - Award-winning culture - Join a team that's genuinely a great place to work (and we've got the awards to prove it). - Career growth - We're big on developing our people and promoting from within. - Extra leave - After six years with us, you'll get five weeks of annual leave. - Parental perks - Get 16 weeks of top-up payments during your parental leave. - Security matters - We've got you covered with life and income protection insurance. - Feel good with THRIVE - Our wellbeing program helps you be your best, inside and out. - Exclusive discounts - Enjoy special deals on big-name brands like Clinicians, BraveFace, Avene, Ego, and more. About Us At Douglas, we're more than just a company - we're a community of people driven to make a difference. Come join us on this mission to improve lives! Next Steps If you're invited to complete a video interview as the next stage of your application, we'd love you to embrace it. Relax, be yourself and don't worry, we all feel a bit awkward in front of the camera. Please note: - Applications may close early due to high interest. Don't miss out – now! - As part of the pre-employment process, you will need to pass a drug test, Ministry Of Justice criminal check and medical assessment. - This role does not support a visa application. To qualify you will need full working rights to work in New Zealand.
