The company name is confidential at this stage. MUST HAVE 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering or a closely related field Must be from a Top-Tier Indian institution, among the Top 10 IITs in India Strong programming and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Voice AI systems and/or Multimodal reasoning Ability to build and deploy production-grade AI systems Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON → Large Language Models (LLMs) → Agentic workflows → Voice AI systems → Multimodal reasoning → Production-grade AI applications → Complex technical problems with significant ownership WHY THIS ROLE This is not a traditional AI engineering role where you are several layers removed from the product and decision-making. You’ll work directly with the founders , contribute to core AI and product decisions, and have the opportunity to build systems from the ground up. You’ll get substantial technical ownership and the chance to work closely with a growing startup at an important stage of its journey.
