We are seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead one of the property's most strategic divisions and shape the next chapter of our dining, events and guest experience journey. HOW YOU WILL MAKE THE PLACE HAPPEN The Art Concierge is responsible for operating, developing, and commercializing the hotel’s art pillar, ensuring seamless integration of the artistic experience into the guest journey and the overall positioning of Rosewood São Paulo. This is a highly operational and commercially driven role that leverages art as a strategic tool for revenue generation, brand differentiation, and relationship building across B2B and B2C audiences. The role leads the execution and evolution of the Art Tour product and acts as a key liaison between guests, partners, artists, and the Art Library. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Guest Experience & Commercial Activation Deliver and operate artistic guest experiences, with emphasis on the Art Tour. Drive conversion and sales of art-related experiences. Adapt storytelling to different audiences (B2B, B2C, VIPs, press). Ensure delivery aligned with luxury positioning and Brazilian identity. Art Tour Leadership (Core Product) Lead development and execution of the Art Tour. Position the Art Tour as a key revenue and branding asset. Define routes, storytelling, and experience design. Monitor KPIs and continuously improve performance. Art Programming & Operations Support exhibitions and artistic activations. Oversee installation and maintenance of artworks. Support art events and openings. Ensure alignment with stakeholders. Relationship Management Manage relationships with artists and curators. Act as internal art point of contact. Collaborate with Art Library (no direct reporting line). Support partnerships and new projects. Sales Support & Business Development Identify revenue opportunities linked to art. Support Sales & Marketing proposals. Integrate art into commercial strategies. Support group and event activations. Storytelling & Content Develop narratives about collection and artists. Ensure consistency of information. Support content creation. Administrative & Recurring Activities Handle emails and operational requests. Manage administrative routines. Coordinate suppliers. Track performance metrics. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in hospitality, art, or luxury environments. Strong communication and storytelling. Commercial mindset. Experience with high-end clientele. Knowledge of contemporary art and Brazilian culture. Advanced English required.
