You are responsible for developing our Moët Hennessy Brand Portfolio within your assigned sales area (Central Switzerland, encompassing Basel, Bern, Lucerne, down to Andermatt) in terms of brand equity and profitability, bringing our brands to the very top across relevant On-Trade channels (Hotels, Fine Dining, Bars & Lounges, and High Energy Accounts) in close cooperation with regional partners and Key Account Management. Expected start date: 01.11.2206 Job responsibilities Customer Relationship & Account Management - Establish and foster long-term customer relationships within the respective sales area to achieve sales volume and value targets. - Manage all on-trade customer relationships and services to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, ensuring optimal product visibility and distribution within venues (such as bars, restaurants, clubs and hotels). - Professionally plan and execute customer visits, including preparation, follow-up, and documentation, applying sales and planning data. - Professionally handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, approved returns, and other supply-related topics. Sales Development & Business Growth - Drive sales volume, value, and sustainable profitability across on-trade accounts within the assigned territory. - Build and strengthen relationships with existing on-trade accounts, understanding their needs to strategically expand our product portfolio within their venues. - Prospect and recruit new on-trade accounts to expand the customer portfolio in high-potential channels and venues. - Identify new consumer touchpoints and growth opportunities within the nightlife and hospitality sector while adhering to brand distribution strategies. - Fully utilize available commercial budgets and support tools to achieve area targets in line with corporate guidelines and on-trade segmentation strategy. - Achieve product-specific goals such as listings and selective distribution expansion in line with channel strategy. Brand Representation & Marketing Activation - Drive brand awareness and desirability within on-trade venues as a key ambassador for consumer demand creation, leveraging a strong knowledge of wine. - Execute and safeguard brand strategies and guidelines provided by the marketing department. - Implement high-impact brand marketing activations, visibility standards, and merchandising guidelines across partners in your region. - Support and execute creative on-trade events and consumer experiences in close collaboration with the marketing team by respecting the brand guidelines. - Deliver engaging product training for venue staff, trade partners, and consumers. Performance Monitoring & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Continuously monitor and report KPIs and competitor activities - Strongly collaborate and efficiently communicate with internal (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service, National Sales Management) and external stakeholders Profile Professional experience & know how: - Educational degree in Sales, Business, or a related field, combined with proven commercial experience of 3-5 years (ideally in On-Trade/Hospitality). - Strong knowledge of the Swiss hospitality and beverage market, with local regional familiarity. - Highly organized, rigorous, commercially assertive, and skilled in negotiation. - Demonstrated ability to build enduring relationships with key stakeholders and trade partners. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Languages - You are fluent in German (Swiss German a big plus) and English. French is a plus.
