WE ARE HIRING | AREA SALES MANAGER

Location: Hyderabad

Perfect SP Private Limited is expanding its retail operations in Hyderabad and is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage multiple retail outlets and drive sales and operational performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail sales, FMCG, multi-outlet operations, team management, and business development, with the ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned area.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and periodic business targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet teams to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure effective manpower utilization.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and timely replenishment.
• Maintain outlet hygiene, presentation, customer service, and operational standards.
• Plan and implement sales promotions and business development initiatives.
• Monitor outlet performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit sales, operational, and performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with Head Office on sales, operations, logistics, inventory, and administrative requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and provide guidance and support to outlet teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Area Sales, Retail Operations, FMCG, or Multi-Outlet Management.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business targets.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets or locations.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
