Job Description – Area Operations Manager Position: Area Operations Manager Department: Operations Location: Bangalore Experience Range: 3–7 years We are looking for an Area Operations Manager to manage multi‑site operations for ValetEZ within a defined geography. The role includes team management, client interaction, incident handling and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites (parking/valet/client locations). Ensure adequate staffing, discipline and performance of supervisors, valets and attendants. Monitor site performance, audits, revenue leakages and compliance. Handle client meetings, escalations and regular performance reviews. Lead incident management and ensure preventive measures are implemented. Coordinate with HR, Deployment, Tech and Accounts for smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-7 years’ experience in multi‑site operations (parking, facility management, logistics, hospitality or similar). Proven experience in client handling and incident management. Strong people‑management and field‑execution skills. Willingness to travel regularly across sites.
