Area Operations Manager
Responsibilities: Conduct store visits, assess operational performance, and align action plans with Store Managers. Support newly opened stores in implementing standard operating procedures. Drive execution of local marketing and promotional initiatives. Coordinate communication and documentation between stores and the regional office. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business conditions within the assigned area. Oversee store recruitment, hiring, and manpower requirements. Coach and develop Store Managers while ensuring the effectiveness of store training programs. Manage leave schedules of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to maintain operational continuity. Recommend Store Manager candidates and provide staffing recommendations based on performance. Participate in management meetings and contribute to operational improvements and business growth initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in retail, fast food, or a similar multi-site operational environment. Strong people leadership with 3+ years of experience managing store managers and teams. Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and performance monitoring. Experience overseeing multiple store operations and supporting new store openings Ability to analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and drive business results. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment Ability to ensure operational consistency and high standards across multiple locations Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in sales, productivity, and efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
