Area Manager – Retail Operations | Multi-Store Management Location: Manila North Area | Field Work / Multi-Store Assignment Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within the Manila North area. The role will focus on sales performance, store operations, inventory management, team leadership, and overall store productivity . The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and conducting regular store visits and fieldwork. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple stores. Monitor sales, targets, and store performance. Manage inventory and stock availability. Conduct regular store visits and operational checks. Lead, coach, and evaluate Team Leaders and store staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Resolve store and operational concerns. Coordinate with other departments for store requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or store management . Experience as an Area Manager, Area Supervisor, Operations Manager, Store Manager, Cluster Manager, or similar supervisory/management role is highly preferred. Background in gadgets, electronics, IT, or consumer retail is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented and organized.
