Area Manager - Restaurants
Excellent communication in English F&B industry experience in managing Multiple Restaurants in UAE. Background in handling restaurants operations is mandatory Monitor budgets, improve sales, control costs, minimize waste, and drive revenue growth. Supervise daily operations of the restaurants ensuring smooth operations. Train, mentor, and appraise outlet managers and their teams; build a strong culture. Guarantee high satisfaction, handle escalated complaints, and act as a brand ambassador. Enforce all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. Develop and execute operational strategies, analyze market trends, and implement improvements Generate performance reports, track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and present findings Oversee stock levels, ordering, intercompany and vendor relationships Regularly visit each restaurant to observe operations. Address issues that outlet managers can't resolve Should have a valid UAE driving license Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
