We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team across hub, spoke and outreach services. You will drive service quality, operational and financial performance, people development, compliance and stakeholder engagement while delivering strong employment outcomes. Working across Central Western Sydney region (Parramatta, Auburn, Merrylands), Inner Western Sydney (Ashfield & Burwood) and Inner Sydney (Marrickville) Key Responsibilities - Lead, inspire and develop a geographically dispersed team to deliver exceptional employment outcomes. - Drive operational performance and achieve contractual, financial and service delivery targets. - Foster a high-performing culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement and participant success. - Build strong partnerships with employers, community organisations and government stakeholders. - Ensure quality, compliance and risk obligations are consistently met across all service locations. - Use data and insights to drive performance, improve service delivery and support strategic decision-making. About You You are an ethical, results-driven leader with frontline management experience and a record of building capable teams, delivering excellent customer service and achieving performance targets. You bring strong communication, business development and relationship-building skills, sound knowledge of local labour markets, and a customer-focused approach. Empathy, cultural awareness and commitment to inclusion are essential, particularly when supporting people from CALD, refugee or disability backgrounds. Experience in community advocacy, social services or employment programs is highly regarded. Essential Criteria - Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams within employment services, disability services, community services or a related sector. - Proven ability to drive operational performance and achieve KPIs, service targets and contractual outcomes - Experience leading and developing geographically dispersed or multi-site teams. - Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including building relationships with employers, community partners and government agencies - Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resources and service delivery within a complex operational environment. - Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Community Services or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience, together with a current Driver Licence.
