Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor the daily operations of assigned booths. - Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved. - Monitor booth staff performance, attendance, and productivity. - Visit booths regularly and ensure proper staffing and coverage. - Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards. - Monitor stock levels, product availability, and booth requirements. - Review sales and operational reports and take corrective actions when needed. - Coordinate with HR, Finance, Logistics, and other departments. - Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions. - Support and guide booth staff to improve sales performance. - Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or managing multiple locations/booths. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Sales-oriented with strong target achievement skills. - Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting.
