# Area Manager **Clean fuel Autogas Inc.** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role CLEANFUEL IS HIRING: AREA MANAGER – QUEZON CITY AREA Cleanfuel is looking for a results-oriented and experienced Area Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of several gasoline stations within Quezon City and surrounding areas. This is a field-based position that requires strong leadership, frequent station visits, and a high level of mobility. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that assigned stations consistently meet operational, safety, customer service, and compliance standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Regularly visit assigned stations to assess operations, identify concerns, and ensure adherence to company standards. - Monitor station readiness, including manpower, equipment, customer service, safety practices, and cleanliness. - Ensure proper execution of company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across all assigned locations. - Review station performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate action plans. - Monitor compliance with internal audits and other operational requirements. - Provide coaching, training, and guidance to Station Supervisors, Cashiers, and Pump Attendants. - Address operational issues promptly and coordinate appropriate solutions when needed. - Maintain consistent service and operational standards across all assigned stations. - Provide hands-on assistance and operational support during field assignments. - Travel regularly between stations based on operational needs and business requirements. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as an Area Manager or in a comparable multi-site operations position. - Background in fuel, retail, FMCG, sales, or related industries is strongly preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Willingness to undertake frequent and extensive travel as part of the role. - Must be comfortable managing multiple stations across Quezon City and nearby locations. - Highly flexible, mobile, and capable of working effectively in a field-based environment. WORK LOCATION Field Assignment: - Quezon City - Nearby areas The position is primarily field-based, and the Area Manager should be prepared to travel frequently depending on station operations and business requirements.
