AREA MANAGER – NORTH AREA MANAGER – SOUTH If you are a strong F&B Operations Leader who knows how to drive sales, develop people, control costs, and ensure excellent store operations, we want to hear from you! WHAT YOU’LL DO: Oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple restaurant branches within your assigned area Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and achievement of store KPIs Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, service standards, and food safety requirements Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and store leaders Monitor manpower, scheduling, attendance, labor costs, inventory, and wastage Conduct regular store visits and address operational gaps Analyze store performance and implement corrective action plans Ensure excellent customer service and resolution of operational concerns Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and other support teams Support new store openings, promotions, and other operational projects WE’RE LOOKING FOR: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field preferred ✅ 3–5 years of experience in F&B/Restaurant Operations ✅ Experience managing multiple restaurant branches ✅ Previous experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, or Restaurant Manager with multi-store exposure is an advantage ✅ Strong leadership and people-management skills ✅ Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills ✅ Excellent communication and decision-making abilities ✅ Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits ✅ Results-oriented and hands-on leadership style WHY JOIN SENSIN GROUP? ✨ Be part of a fast-growing F&B organization ✨ Opportunity to lead multiple branches and develop your leadership career ✨ Work with a dynamic and growing team ✨ Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Muntinlupa
