LoveWell Care Services is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Area Director to expand our private-pay home care services throughout Tarrant County, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community referral partners.
• Generate new client referrals and business opportunities.
• Promote LoveWell Care Services through networking, marketing, and community outreach.
• Develop strategies to increase territory growth and client enrollment.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve business development goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or healthcare-related services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the Tarrant County area preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation: Depends on Experience (DOE).
