This role is ideal for someone with a strong focus on construction documentation and coordination, who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to the successful delivery of complex architectural projects. You will work across a range of multi-residential and mixed-use developments, supporting project teams with technical documentation, consultant coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or REVIT and a thorough understanding of Australian construction standards are essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare detailed construction documentation using ArchiCAD to a high technical standard Assist project architects in the development of documentation packages across DA, CDC, CC, Detailing and Tender/Construction phases Coordinate technical input from consultants and ensure accurate integration into architectural documentation Assist in QA/QC reviews to ensure documentation complies with BCA/NCC, Australian Standards, and relevant regulatory and planning controls Support the team with technical research, product specifications, and materials coordination Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and drawing set standards across multiple projects Support construction phase services, including responding to RFIs and shop drawing reviews Contribute to internal team coordination and documentation planning sessions SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field 2+ years of professional experience in architectural documentation roles Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD (2D & 3D documentation workflows essential) Strong knowledge of Australian construction detailing, standards, and materials Familiarity with the NCC, BCA, and applicable local planning and regulatory instruments (e.g., SEPP 65, ADG) Excellent technical drawing, organisational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced project environment Experience in multi-residential or mixed-use sectors highly regarded WHAT WE OFFER A collaborative and technically driven studio with a strong design culture Opportunities to work on significant urban and residential developments Structured support for ongoing technical development and training Direct involvement in delivering projects through to construction A supportive team culture and mentorship Competitive salary package based on experience and capability Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm MNL time) Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection Must be wiling to work (Home-based) Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
