The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles and proficiency in various design software. Duties Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD. Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through to completion. Conduct site visits for measured surveys and assess project requirements. Collaborate with engineers , planning consultants and party wall consultants to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Maintain organised records of project files, drawings, and correspondence. Experience of producing Building regulation drawings & specifications Experience of preparing and submission of planning applications. Liaising with clients, planning officers and building control effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD. Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and targets. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
